In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document and all associated w10win policies, promotional terms, and game-specific rules.

By registering an account with w10win, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, activating any bonus, or placing any bet or wager through w10win's services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with w10win's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that apply to the particular service you are using.

6. You have not previously had a w10win account permanently suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

w10win reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to CNIC copies, selfie verification, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your w10win account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. w10win strongly recommends enabling 2FA via Google Authenticator or a compatible application to provide an additional layer of protection for your PKR balance and personal information.

You must notify w10win's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number is lost or changed, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. w10win is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to report a security incident promptly.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your w10win account, even with your permission.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits or withdrawals processed.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• w10win account balances are not transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, assigned, or used as collateral.

w10win reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, following reasonable notification to the registered contact information on file. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of 6 months following notice of closure, after which dormancy fees may be applied at a rate of Rs 200 per month or the total remaining balance — whichever is lower — until the balance reaches zero. Bonus balances are forfeit immediately upon account closure.
